The man behind the Vision
Gary began his insurance career on 12th July 1982 and therefore brings a wealth of general insurance experience which complimented his role on the management team that successfully launched and scaled a Managing General Agency into a multi-million-pound, profitable underwriting business.
With many years of client-facing experience, Gary has learned that your requirements and feedback matter and brings this insight to 2Vision as a key differentiator. Gary has built a strong reputation grounded in his unwavering focus on what truly matters to clients—delivering superior service, offering hands-on underwriting flexibility, and demonstrating the agility and adaptability to meet evolving needs.

Lloyd began his career in 2008 and progressed through the underwriting ranks all the way to the top as the Underwriting Manager of a highly profitable multi-million-pound Managing General Agency, where he led a team of underwriters across multiple lines of commercial insurance.
With a friendly approach to clients and colleagues and his extensive technical expertise and a deep understanding of the industry, Lloyd continues to develop strong relationships and his ability to communicate and understand client’s needs has helped drive strategic growth and deliver tailored underwriting solutions to many diverse scenarios.

Leanne has had an eclectic career in insurance which started in 2009 in a telephone claims call centre for O2, finally settling within the commercial insurance underwriting sector with her specialties in Professional Liability, D&O and Standalone Terrorism.
Leanne is a highly efficient and organised member of the team, known for her decision-making agility and exceptional customer service. She exudes a warm friendly approach with everyone she encounters and has excellent client management skills and manages tasks with precision, speed and professionalism.

Joe began his insurance career in 2015. Fresh out of university his insurance career started in IT, following which he went on to build a career as an underwriter across the UK regions, specialising in Standalone Terrorism. With experience within a multi-million pound Managing General Agency, Joe has good communication skills and is easy to get along with making him popular with clients and insurers alike.
