Security & Year of Account Clarification.

Recent market questions have focused on our previous insurer Volante not writing into the 2026 Year of Account. We can confirm that All business written under our Volante binder attaches to the 2025 Year of Account and is fully backed by Lloyd’s chain of security, including its central assets and solvency protections.

To reassure our brokers and clients, Lloyd’s states that its capital structure is designed so that:

“Lloyd’s policyholders benefit from robust financial security, supported by the Lloyd’s chain of security.”

and

“The Central Fund provides a key layer of protection for policyholders should a member fail.”

These commitments remain unchanged and apply to all 2025 Year of Account business written under our Volante binder.

To be clear, Volante has NOT failed, it has simply ceased underwriting beyond 2025 but all business written by 2Vision with Volante security has been written into the 2025 year of account on a delegated authority arrangement that commenced during 2025, this means that all insurances written under that agreement permanently reside in the 2025 underwriting year.

We are pleased to confirm the detail of our new Financial Lines binder for 2026, supported by a strengthened panel of four Lloyd’s syndicates together with AmTrust Specialty Limited. This enhanced security allows us to offer greater stability, increased capacity, and improved underwriting flexibility across our professional and management liability products.

Our Standalone Terrorism binder is unchanged for 2026 and still benefits from a strong panel of Lloyd’s syndicates as well as International General Insurance Co (UK) Limited.
